Licensing
Caribbean Islands Travel, LLC d.b.a. Life Extension Vacations is an authorized licensee of the Life Extension name and logo. Caribbean Islands Travel, LLC d.b.a. Life Extension Vacations is a separate and independent company from Life Extension and the Life Extension network of companies. Such licensing shall not be used to construe, any partnership, joint venture, agency, subsidiary or parent relationship between Caribbean Islands Travel, LLC d.b.a. Life Extension Vacations and Life Extension or any of the Life Extension affiliated companies. The license arrangement between Life Extension Vacations and Life Extension may be terminated without notice to you.

Member Account, Password and Security
For any product or service that requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.

During the registration process you will choose a password and a user name. To simplify the registration process, your email address will be used as a user name. To ensure accuracy you will be able to update your user name / email address online anytime. Please note that online correspondence and requests may not be honored if the email address is inaccurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
